In a novel twist on the familiar, fans will be asked to submit a vote for their player of the month. The votes will be calculated and submitted to the Championship coaching panel along with a nomination from former Great Britain captain Paul Sculthorpe and the League Weekly team.
A gallant display from the Bulldogs in the South of France this evening as they fell to a narrow 32-24 defeat at the hands of in-form Toulouse Olympique. Locked at 12-12 at the interval, Toulouse raced clear in the second period before two quick-fire Batley tries briefly threatened an upset but earned a richly-deserved bonus point.
